While RMS Commercial Realty may be one of the newer commercial real estate companies in Sydney we have already made a substantial impact in the market place. Our broad range of sales and marketing experience coupled with a fresh "non franchise" approach has seen us record results equal to many of the larger "name" brands.

Our business philosophy is simple, "get our customers the best results and provide them with the best service in the industry".  When you employ us to work with you, you get attention from everyone in the company, not just the salesperson responsible for your account, 24/7 for as long as you need us.

Our People

Obviously to meet our objectives we require good people. However good sales figures are just not enough at RMS Commercial, we need people who care about and have a pride in what they are doing. Anyone who turns their phone off at 5.00pm doesn't work for RMS.

Our Marketing and Selling skills are broad-based, not only in the Sydney Commercial market but also extensively in the international arena.  We are always looking to add to our team and seek diversity in skills as well as language and culture which will allow us to better service all sectors of our market.

Our Goals

Our short-term objectives are to establish a profitable commercial real estate company whose name is synonomous with performance and service. We envisage a product range that is suitable for the small business or small investor as well as satisfying the property needs of the multi-nationals and large Funds Managers.  We also desire to expand our operation to the other capital and regional cities of Australia.
